Stress and anxiety affect every living person. Men, women, young and old. No one is immune. The causes of stress and anxiety are all around us high-pressure jobs, bad relationships, money problems, weather, crowding, poor diet, and loneliness are just a few.

Even the well-off, educated and healthy experience stress. Some people seem prone to create their own stress when nothing is actually wrong. They will create things to worry about. Today environmental pressure is greater and most of us are exposed to this mentally taxing situation.

Long-term stress is the culprit that causes the body to break down over time. Everyone experiences stress, but not everyone handles it constructively. Our body, unless afflicted by a dread disease, can handle stress, whether physical or mental. Most people cope with it and move on. If the stress is short-term, then the chances are good that it does little harm.

The Essential Vitamins For Women That A Woman Really Needs

Just as there are specific vitamins for men, there too are essential vitamins for women. This is because women’s needs are different from those of men, and the differences increase as they age. As they advance along in years, women would be more concerned about the health of their bones, breast, and skin.

As women age their bones become brittle possibly due to lack of exercise and insufficiency of calcium and Vitamin D in the diet. It could be that they are not getting enough sun, too. Women who are in the middle age have many other priorities that they seem to take for granted the need to exercise, and the need to have the right nourishment. All these contribute to the development of osteoporosis, a condition wherein there is significant loss of calcium, and subsequently, bone mass. To prevent this, one needs to consume the recommended amounts of calcium and Vitamin D daily.
